About Amrie
I’m Amrie Cunningham, a mid twenties aged writer from the east coast. Since the beginning of 2008, I’ve been editor/owner of My Take On TV, an off shoot of my former column with The TV Addict. When I’m not busy project managing major market research studies for my basic 9-5, I can be found watching TV and writing about what I see! I also write for other TV websites, and participate in the podcast TV Times Three with my good friends Rae and Jason.
My favorite shows right now include Friday Night Lights, Party Down, and It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia. I’m a huge Kyle Chandler fan, and I would watch Kristen Bell or Hugh Laurie read the phone book.
I live in a suburb of Philly and in my spare time (that’s time away from work and TV), I like to read Shakespeare sonnets and plays 20 times apiece, hunt ghosts, sing at the top of my lungs to Butch Walker songs, and write!

Amrie so, you’re a Philly girl:) I’m born and bred in the area. Grew up in Philly and when i got married moved to Bucks County. I did notice the 215 area code when you sent me the e-mail saying I won the Californication poster. I’m so excited about that:) Thanks again. I can’t wait for Sept 28th!! to see the second season of Californication. David Duchovny is my favorite actor. I’ll treasure that poster, and It will have a place of honor in my office at home.
